Love the cards. thanks for submitting them early. (= @IceDraconian - the -mini-newsletter is DEF cancelled now. I would have liked to send one to kick up participation, but I don't want to get flooded with Spring card requests right now. I'm going to focus on getting back on schedule & getting everything updated again. @all staff - I'll update the staff section as soon as I can to reflect the changes in our schedule & the current deadlines. Thx for bearing with me. I know you guys are prob busy too. updated today I'll send out staff updates within the next few days. @Stylzx & Jori-kun ~ I've set the next goal for you guys @600 members by the end of June. The faster we reach it the better though. Fastest way to get new active members is to recruit active people from active clubs. |

| Yea I want to try to catch back up with the schedule. Plus I have 3 features being worked on by staff that are already late. If everything was updated we prob could send out a letter, but there's not much to tell in it right now. @ all staff I've been in the hospital some this week bc I got very sick with a kidney stone. Everything will be postponed until about next Friday or so. That means everyone has a bit longer to work on your Summer SE cards. Any card deliveries, staff updates, or anything else I need to do will have to wait until then as I am still not better yet. Thankfully I am getting to recover at home though. (= I won't be able to reply to anyone either as the meds I'm on make me dizzy. I'll try to pop on when I feel good enough to in order to answer any questions. |

| You guys aren't my slaves lol. You're volunteers. And part of accepting a job here is knowing you'll never be asked to do someone else's. Thanks for the wishes btw. Today's my last day of meds (they made me feel nauseous & sleepy). So I'll start updating everything today & finish this weekend. If you want to join the Summer SE... I'm going to extend the deadline til next wed (June 20th)---Sat 23rd. Hopefully some more people will want to join! Both Kitti & I still aren't done either though. Maybe with more time we'll get more participants. Will be opening the Summer SE sometime sunday regardless of who's done unless someone writes a note here & tells me to wait for them. |

| IDK which one to post bc I like em both. How about I post both of them & let members pick? If I don't hear back from you within an hr & a half then I'll just do this. @about 600 LE--- the way it's going I think it's far enough off not to worry about it. I won't be sending out mass invites anytime soon. I have only this week to get next season's stuff ready. Of course we will eventually have one -- so if you plan to participate it couldn't hurt to work on it while you have time so you're ready. I make up card designs when I'm really bored. |

| Thanks Sibby! ^_^ I really don't have time to make cards for you atm. I'm not even sure if I'll be able to finish all that I need to before next week. I'll be on hiatus then can could even last 2 months. There is a really simple program in photobucket that will let you add text & stuff. Just upload a photo to your account. & Once it's uploaded hover over the left hand side of the pic & click edit. There you can add stuff to it & resize it. Just make sure to save it when you're done. We also have an art resource thread here if you look in the index you'll find a link to it. There should be some tutorial links there or something helpful at least maybe. Sry I don't have time right now. I also need you to update the photo you posted for your badge in that thread... as it has been deleted! @ Hypercardiac & IceDraconian. I'll be passing on my Summer SE delivery link this weekend. If you want to add your album link to it, have it done asap. & At least let me know if you want me to wait on yours. |

| I've asked our inviters to stop actually. I will technically be on hiatus this entire month. I just don't have the help that I need to be able to keep up everything & cards (which is just something extra in our club anyway). I had planned on telling everyone last Sunday, but then I got a nasty case of poison ivy & have been taking benadryl & sleeping every 6 hours. I have the best luck, ne? I will be adding the new featured ops/eds next week when they hit youtube. I'll work on the new polls & newsletter this coming week. Everything will stay as scheduled, I just will not be around much at all. (so newsletters go out third week of june) That said: I need someone to keep things moving a bit here. Our staff hardly even posts anymore. We've also lost our game supervisor. If I come back to a completely dead club in a month, I will most likely close its doors. There just aren't many people on MAL anymore who like clubs for reasons other than collecting cards, and frankly, I'm thinking about discontinuing that portion of this club completely. I feel like I'm wasting my time on them. That's why I've put them on hold. I want to see if members will come out & post again. Funny how we get 20 requests of cards in a day & we might get 5 posts elsewhere in a week. I'm tired of beating a deadhorse I suppose. So if anyone has some suggestions about changing things here or some ideas on how to kick up participation... then please respond here. I will either cut out features or cards or both. Not sure what I'm going to do, but I thought I should ask for you guy's input before I did anything drastic. |

| okay thx for letting me know. c: I started the newsletter last night. & Made some good progress too. I'm going to post the current polls now. (edit: nvmnd internet or MAL decided to go really sloooow- do it tomorrow). I'll have to get everything updated by Monday. (changing out links & activities & staff instructions etc....) So I would like the newsletter to be delivered Mon - Sun. So that's no more than 3 pages a day. I think it did better for participation when it was like that last time. ALSO... @IceDraconian: I think you would make a great hiatus reliever. If you would like to switch to that or any other job let me know. I know the newsletters are tedious so I don't want you to feel trapped in that job. i could deliver them if you want to switch. If you are unable to do them this coming week. It prob would be better to change to one of my assistants instead. If anyone else would like to switch jobs, the offer is open to others as well. If you don't like your job, plz consider switching before quitting. (((: Since Kittilicious is also on hiatus, if anyone needs to urgently get a hold of me, (like if there's some kind of fight going on in the forums or some kind of mistake on the polls)... then you can contact PzykoSkillz & he can text me. | @IceDraconian k ~ newsletter complete ~ FINALLLY I'll have to finish updating later. The code is below. Plz and BIG thanks. Just deliver a couple of pages a day if you can. That is optimal. @ALL STAFF I'm going to change a bunch of stuff here. First we're moving away from doing so many cards. Might close the staple collection & just open it for a wk when a new card comes out. IDK yet. c: Second, I'm either coming up with a new format for features, or getting rid if most of them all together. These are some things I've been thinking about. It's so much work for me to keep up with & lead & train staff. So I prob won't be hiring anymore. & We're going to get rid of some positions. | @IceDraconian - Alright thanks! But if possible try to span the deliveries over a whole week instead of all at once. Like 2-3 pages a day & that's it. You can skip days in between too, I just think the participation was better when it was done over the course of a week. |

| @IceDraconian - Our Hiatus Relievers got 4/5 newsletter pages done while you were gone. So we still need p 11 & on (at user meownet) through to user TheOnlyDexterarm on pg 17. I'm planning on doing a few myself. Are you able to do a few pages soon, or should I ask for more help? |

Plz start from pg 11 (user: meownet) when you can. Good news for you though. Most staff positions will soon be changed to general ones. The only people who will stay the same are card deliverers & inviters. So next time the newsletter gets sent it will be a group effort. This will take the pressure off of you & allow you to help out when you can instead of on a schedule. I think this is best for everyone. I hope this is ok with you. (: |
