| as far as arcade style vs. games go, my favorite would have to be soul caliber. the graphics r nice and the controls r rly smooth compared to other games of this genre. in a way this game kind of discourages button spamming more than the usual. it has a bit of a roleplay element as well and a background story for each playable character. but as for the main plot, its kind of plain. u go on a quest for the ultimate sword, find out its evil (soul edge), find a better sword of light (soul caliber), and destroy the evil blade with it. ive played SC 2, 3, and 4. 3 was pretty weak imo because the attacks were a little more flashy and took away from the main enjoyment. and the story mode just sucked, it was mostly strategy/skill based and, in a way, just killed the vs. fight style i prefer. in 2 the story mode was pretty fun, you move across a map, take on challenges, and progress, getting newer and better weapons on the way. 4 had the smoothest and most enjoyable fighting system, but out of the 3 had the absolute worst story mode. it was basically the same exact thing for every character and trying to clear a story mode for each character just completely pissed me off so i only played the regular vs mode against the computer/friends. but overall i think its a pretty fun series and definitely worth getting into, just be sure to skip SC3 lol P.S. i apologize for the rly in depth description in just one post lol, hope its not too much of a clutter, its one of my worst habits on this site sometimes XD |

| Yeah thats true, you can destroy the battle armor there wearing. soul calibur 3 was still better than 4. onley thing what was different in SC4 was they removed a game mode and they put darth vader in the game. OMG what a refreshment!! NOT. Graphic's are okay but thats no way to build a game. whats next put spongbob as a fighting character in the game and removing another game mode ??? SC is really going down the drain last few years. too bad because I liked the game very much untill part 4 (what is still an okay game but not enough after part 3) |

| ive actually leared a bit more about JRPGS from the last game informer mag i got. if ur looking for a decent one its actually better to go for one on handhelds now than on any counsel. basically with the amount of time and money u have to put into making a new generation counsel game, its actually far easier for them to make it for a system like a psp or ds. and considering what ive seen on dissidia and some of the older final fantasy remakes, id have to agree. ive never rly considered using a handheld for anything more than gaming on the go, but i think i might just do that considering where japanese games r having heavier focus on now |

this is my guild's l8est kill on beth in 25 man firelands in WoW probably one of the most satisfying kills ive had in a long time considering the countless hours we spent trying to down him. i was 5% away from being a world ranking ret pally too, if i can get my gear up a bit more im sure il be up there :) |

| ya thats true, this is y i never run new content with pugs, their lack of patience will keep u from progressing anywhere w/o u getting kicked. but if u can find the right guild and try to run stuff with them instead, it can be alot more enjoyable. the main reason guildees will be alot more lenient than pugs is because they will eventually be running the content with u again and will go out of their way to make sure u learn as well. the reason pugs wont be is because they dont want to take the time to teach u something when thy know they wont see u again and dont want to hold the hands of every new player they go with. o and they have set up limitations on kicking now so even if ur slightly bad, they wont waste a kick and end up not being able to use it on some1 who could be worse which i think definitely needed to happen. it was harsh in wrath seeing every other player get kicked just for being a little slow |

| not that wasnt me, i dont have a mage at 85. i have an 85 pally (main), dk, and priest. and surprisingly enough he actually downed the boss while kiting all those adds. and what makes it even worse is that he was arc XD, fire mages have alot more dps while moving (u can cast scorch while moving and they have more insta casts with dots). so ya he pretty much just used his one insta cast and continued kiting the adds, he was doing it for a good 5 minutes b4 he finally brought him down. but god it was a thriller seeing him do it XD. and the instance is called zul'gurub, its pretty much the raid made into a 5 man but with different fight mechanics |

| oooh dam il have to get back into these games, been RPGing it up more l8ly and havent bought a new arcade style fighting game in years started getting into LoL, its actually pretty good. not gonna be dropping WoW for it, but its definitely something to do during my downtime in that game. and hell not only do i usually h8 F2P games, but im not rly into RTSs either so its saying something if im actually willing to play this game |

| The second year that Codemasters will continue their job! In a new race event. (i couldn't find the 2011 version picture)  Specifications! All 12 teams and 24 drivers that will start the 2011 season will feature on the game. This will also have day to night transition in certain tracks. The entire calendar of 19 circuits for the season will be available to race on (Bahrain has been removed as in real life), including the new Buddh International Circuit in India. [5][6] At E3 Codemasters said that Multiplayer will have a maximum of 16 players online with an additional 8 AI drivers optional. Objectives would also be included in multiplayer. Also the return of split screen. In the October 2010 issue of the magazine F1 Racing, in an article about F1 2010, Codemasters stated that they would like to put a safety car in F1 2011, and a flashing yellow light with "SC" (Safety Car) can be seen at one point during the trailer for the game, hinting at a Safety Car. Nothing has been confirmed of a safety car but it is heavily rumored it would be implemented into the game.[citation needed] They also announced that this time F1 will challenge the players to "Be the Driver, Live the Life, Go Compete".[citation needed] DRS and KERS are also featuring in F1 2011. On 21st June 2011, Codemasters released Developer Diary 1 for F1 2011, which showed off the new gameplay features and cinematics. It has also been stated that a co-op season mode would be available on multiplayer, with team objectives as well as individual objectives. Time Attack returns using a similar system to F1 2010. All 24 first team drivers will feature in F1 2011, although nothing has been announced about the inclusion of third or test drivers. And offcourse a trailer! Personally i really am curious how this split-screens gonna work out. Online championship! |
