It took me 2 days to finish this manga, quite the normal pace, but I've no doubt enjoyed every moment of this manga. I will cut straight to the chase, can anyone recommend other mangas that deals with a character raising a child? The story was extremely heartwarming and I'd like to keep myself occupied with this type of feeling.

I absolutely recommend Love So Life and Taiyou no Ie.

Love So Life is exactly what you're looking for. The manga mainly focuses on the struggle of raising little kids. The male mc raises his little nephews on his own and the girl mc works at the daycare they attend. It's also a shoujo, if you were also looking for that.

Taiyou no Ie has a similar feel, but the family structure isn't so straight forward. It's about an older brother taking care of his siblings, and their childhood friend. It's also a shoujo.

I've heard Usagi Drop has that same feel too, but I'm not 100% sure. I watched the movie adaptation of the manga and it had what you're looking for.
