Is this different from the anime?

I watched the anime, and I'm thinking of reading the manga too, but i don't know if the manga is the same as the anime, or if the anime cut out stuff from the manga. a little help?

It’s about the same. One of the major differences however is that towards the end of the manga, it’s discovered that Arashi raped Miwako as a way to dominate their relationship, after Miwako chose him over Hiroyuki. They never touch up on the topic in the anime and the anime sugar coated their relationship.
