"It's a comedy anime about the generation gaps. The three main characters represent the major generations of Japanese; Yutori (teenagers), Tsumekomi (20-30's) and Dankai (middle age).
Tsumekomi-chan is an office worker of a toy company and supervises a part-time working student Yutori-chan. She tries to get along with Yutori-chan but her selfish behavior typical of Yutori generation is incomprehensible. "
(From the thread: Online Anime Yutori-chan Announced )

Obviously there's some exaggeration involved, but I wonder if teenagers are that badly behaved. I'm just amazed at how the boss didn't sack her from the get-go. Not to mention today's working environment is very competitive.

Actually, I've not really heard of the Yutori Generation... does this term really exist? As a slang or something in Japan?

To be honest though, the refusal of working unpaid overtime and slacking during work does seem familiar, but I do not think the trend stays with the teenagers. After all, if the upper pillars are crooked, so will be the lower pillars. (Chinese proverb translated)

It is probably not exact, but sure.
What is going on is that you have to take the point of view of Japanese people. Their habits includes always being thinking about the community, as Tsumekomi, but the current teenagers think more in their own business... I'm not saying that we are entirely selfish or something like that, but since the Japanese perspective, there is a huge gap in the way to think....

That's what I think, and what I conclude after being watching some Japanese people (adults and young) for some time D:

O I see, you live in Jap? Well I do not wonder much, Western influence, as they say. Wow, then wouldn't it rock to go to a Jap corporation to work?

Btw you scanlate manga? Cool! But what language was that...=D.

Plus.... how do you post "what you are watching and reading" that poster?
