| I agree with Hikari-tan. I think it's kinda hard to tell for both of them because they both just seem to care about their friends a lot, especially Lenalee. But it does seem like the anime emphasizes their relationship more than others. I find those moments rather cheesy and kinda lame sometimes. I seriously hope there's no romance between them in the future... |

| ^ no that was a translation problem. This was mentioned in alot of other forums. What Allen really said was like she was an older girl he respected. You know how in the Japanese language you cal someone "sister" or "brother" eventhough they arent really blood related. After watching a ton of animes and j dramas you notice these things. |

| Darklight0303, everyone have their opinion and they have rights to say what they think of Allen and Lenalee with positive or negative. To be honest I like Lenalee from the beginning and later I dislike her for some reasons. Allen and Lenalee? I haven't read the manga so far but Lenalee starts to like him and for me they're more like normal friend. |

| I do read the manga. Lenalee is probably the most dense when it comes to these matters. Or did you not see that small omake where Lavi asked her if she really has shorts under the skirt and she just lifted it to show that is the case MUCH to Allen's fluster? Allen's actually had THOUGHTS that Lenalee is cute which in most mangas is a sign of CLEAR interest. I am just tired of haters that are Yaoi Fangirls that come into any thread with Lenalee and start ripping her apart only cause it breaks up their delusional pairings. It's a huge trend on MAL and quite frankly I have no politeness left to give to such people who are so intimidated by a fictional character that they have to make up retarded excuses and resort to insults like slut whore ETC. |

| isn't Lenalee a year older than Allen? well either way, I never really had a feeling there was much of a romantic feeling at all in the series (well, maybe only with Bak xD) there were these times I thought, which could turn into something more romantic, if they had contiuned being like that, but then the next episode they are just like friends again and nothing else so I lost the feeling again... I never really felt the want for them to be together :P seeing them as friends is just fine by me...but, I didn't read the manga yet, and reading Allen thinks she's cute kind of makes me excited for them to start with romance too xD so actually I'd be okay with both outcomes... I guess I'd even be okay with it if Lavi and Lenalee would end up together (only if Allen finds someone else xD)...I guess :P well did anyone notice, when they were in the ark, and left Krory behind in that room to fight those twins noahs, there was a time lenalee got like, angry and she said to Lavi, "It's none of your business!" and then Lavi was like ".....it's none of my business eh?" and she looked at him like wha.... (wait, but I kinda forgot the facts about that part...it's been so long since I've seen it now I need to rewatch it xD) anyways I never figured out what that moment was about ^^" |

| Well Allen doesn't seem to think much about that really. Even in some extras Hoshino did, Allen mentions liking a girl who could cook him tasty food everyday. But he laughs, and mentions having other things to worry about, rather than romance. Lord knows what direction Hoshino will go in. If pairings get canonized, I think it'll be in an epilogue like Naruto and Bleach. I think it's possible that Lenalee could have a crush on Allen, and he isn't really thinking about romantic relationships. Allen x Lenalee is very possible -even though I don't care for the pairing. I prefer Allen x Roufa, myself. |
