Just as the title states. Preferibly something that isn't a comedy, comedy elements are ok, and has a good story if possible!

If you have you know something that you just love and it is a comedy or something, say it. I might like it XD

Well, if Seto No Hanayome counts then go for it.
92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you're part of the 8% who listens to real music copy/paste this into your sig.

Looks like you got a lot of the ones I would normally recommend, like Akagi, Kaiji, Durarara!! and Black Lagoon.

Trapeze (A comedy, but under appreciated and fantastic)

Hokuto no Ken is all about gangs and warlords in a post-apocalyptic world.

Yakuza start the plot in Mind Game, but are eventually left behind.

I haven't seen it (yet) but I've heard that Heatguy J is pretty good. It's supposed to be like some sort of mecha-gangster action show.

Kurenai is the only one of those I have yet to see. I'm going to have to look into it.

I'll check these 3 out. I've been meaning to watch Hokuto no Ken for a while now too...

Heatguy J was pretty good IMO! It did have gangs and such, thanks anyways.

I think you'll enjoy Durarara, tho it's still ongoing you'll have to wait for the episodes.

seconding hokuto no ken. Lots and lots of gangs of genetically enhanced men.

Durarara! has main characters who are in gangs, underground doctors, debt collectors and the like. didn't see you were already watching that

Phantom - The Animation (OVA) & its fairly recent tv series adaptation Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ are about assassins working for an underworld organization...

Tokyo Tribe 2 is (I think) about street gangs... I couldn't stomach the first ep tho so I can't say much about it ^^;

The Rapeman

I'm being facetious. :p

Two really good ones would be Heat Guy J and Gungrave.

Also, seconding both the OVA and TV series of Phantom.
