| Tbh I don't know, if it's a lower region of the spectrum than I suppose every show is fine as long as it fits the likings of a person, for more severe cases I have personally no clue, sorry. |

| I also have no idea what this means. But since you said "easy on", I'm wondering if you're looking for things that won't cause sensory overload? So, quiet, more laid-back anime that don't have a lot of flashing colors?
