can you define what "easy for people on the spectrum" means?

Tbh I don't know, if it's a lower region of the spectrum than I suppose every show is fine as long as it fits the likings of a person, for more severe cases I have personally no clue, sorry.

Digimon english subbed is a major one. Neptunia the animation is another. I heard autistics love colors and expressions.

If you haven't watched it, I highly suggest it.

What do you mean by that? Autism is a WIDE spectrum, it's not a monolithic experience.
If I had to choose between One Piece and a girlfriend...I think I'll go with One Piece

I'm on the spectrum too and all, but... what? Huh???

I... uh... guess any of my 10/10s would do, then? I'll just shove out Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne as my recommendation.

I don't know, but I'm on the spectrum, and I like Blend S a lot.

"Look, I Can See Your Ears!" features a little catboy who is on the spectrum, but his autism is only mentioned in the comic, not the animated series.

Try Haibane Renmei, maybe. And please, don't listen to the user who recomendo Dr. Stone, it's a capitalist propaganda and anticommunist trash.

I also have no idea what this means. But since you said "easy on", I'm wondering if you're looking for things that won't cause sensory overload? So, quiet, more laid-back anime that don't have a lot of flashing colors?
(Though many people with autism would love those shows, so...who knows what you really meant lol)

Here are my recommendations for anime that won't cause censory overload:
Another

Black Lagoon

Nichijou

+1 for Dr. Stone if you like science

Like everyone else I have no clue what you're actually asking but... maybe something low key? Something with a main character that's got a different energy than normal?

Tanaka-kun is Always Listless

Maybe that's what you're after? Otherwise, all the other recs here are solid and some of my favs
