| yeah, there's gore like others have said, but I'd like to add that it's not particularly shocking in my opinion. Based on something you've watched, it's far far less gory and shocking than either of the Higurashi series. It has less gore than Shiki. Maybe similar gore to Tokyo Ghoul (though I've only watched the first season and nearly a decade ago so I'm a little fuzzy about that one). Hopefully that gives you a good idea. |
| It's been awhile since I watched the series, but I don't remember anything too visceral. There's obviously bleeding and wounds, but nothing too extreme... The story and world are still dark AF though |

| Unfortunately not. There's no actual gore. Only a bit of blood and explosions, but you won't see an animated beating heart ripped out of someone's torso and crushed, like in the good old days of gory anime. |
