Sadly it ain't as popular like CoTE to get away with dogshit sequels. The studio is owned by A1 now, which is owned by Aniplex and this is by Kadokawa.

This IP is practically dead!! Even the Authors other work is not as popular enough to get an adaptation, atleast any time soon.

With how long it took to get a second season, and how that season was received, I'm not expecting anything else from this franchise.

So if you want to know what happens to the characters, I suggest you pick up the light novels.

imo the one who mao ends with is trash. and the last seasons were a mess too. if they change the studio and the anime ending i hope there will be a season 4

It would be a third season. It simply took them a while to finish the second season is why it's split up into parts.

Hopefully not this was one of the worst shows I've ever seen also topkek at the dogshit writing of the girl Maou chooses at the end.
