What volumes did this season 7 cover or specifically the chapters?

I did some research. Season 7 adapts chapters from volumes 20 to 24 and 27.

Here's a list (I hope I didn't make any mistake):

Episode 1 - chapter 84
Episode 2 - chapter 81
Episode 3 - chapter 80
Episode 4 - chapter 83
Episode 5 - chapter 108 (only one from vol. 27)
Episode 6 - chapter 77 (and special episode 19, from vol. 22)
Episode 7 - chapters 95 and 96
Episode 8 - chapter 87
Episode 9 - chapters 92 and 93
Episode 10 - chapters 93 and 94
Episode 11 - chapters 88 and 89
Episode 12 - chapter 99

I can't really answer any of that. Natsume's Book of Friends is episodic in nature, so it doesn't really matter if the chapters are adapted out of order. I guess the manga will end when the author decides to end it. It's a iyashikei (healing) manga/anime, so it's not really about the plot or reaching an end, but more about the setting and world-building.

As for the dub, I don't have any information. All I know is that it always comes out some weeks after the original premiere.

about the dub : episodes 11 and 12 still haven't been dubbed even though it's been weeks since those episodes (sub) aired I thought they gave a reason to it . anyways thanks for looking into it
