I stumbled upon a blog internally at the Steins Gate VN that listed all the emails and located the following data:

Now that I have put the data in, can chat say more about if Kurisu is truly down bad? Perhaps she is not as wholesome as we once thought and is really just thirsty after all? Any projections, fielded with canon data in mind or not are welcome.

Bad bait thread ...
@JoeChip its certainly not bait if the data (in this case, actual electronic mail placed at the SG universe) is canon.

spoiler: it is canon; and henceforth the projection could be credible. you are welcome to discuss your ideas related to what it is you think at chat. cite sources fueling your projections if possible.

if you are going to make a baseless assumption; youd better be prepared to defend it with actual facts (canon data).

it would only be bait if i claimed that perhaps these canon claims were made about kurisu because she is instead a biological male; and henceforth presumably has more corynebacteria, which are associated with stronger odors and would explain her notable scent as described by her colleagues despite daily showers. but I never said that; did i...

What kind of guy complains about a woman's scent?

The kind who doesn't deserve them.

The truth value of your claim is perhaps partly that, and in part this because hygiene is important for academics enclosed in tight spaces together:

@SciADV_Maniac Let me politely assume that your entire sentence has been just a typo. Your "observations", which seem to be produced more or less off the top of your head, are completely incorrect. Maybe youre just another leftist loon trying to field yet another hilariously pathetic ad-hominem attack?

Perhaps you are just mad that you think I previously implied that Makise Kurisu exhibited several masculine features at her character design and personality. Physically, she has a sharp jawline and a confident posture, often portrayed wearing clothing that emphasizes her assertiveness. Personality-wise, she is characterized by her intelligence, arrogance, and determination, traits often associated with masculine archetypes. She also displays a strong sense of independence and competitiveness, frequently engaging in intellectual debates and challenges, which further accentuates her masculine attribute. Dunno why this is such a foreign idea to you but you should probably get over it and acquaint yourself with the facts.

Kurisu isn't exactly "down bad," but she definitely has her moments.

@huud-_- if true; perhaps there will be some exciting canon developments at the ecchi arena if not soon sometime at the far future. if not at storyline; perchaps at official merch

Firstly, define what you mean by "wholesome" and define what you mean by "down bad". That is the basis of discussions. If that is not achieved, then the discussion might as well be meaningless.

as far as I am concerned, Makise Kurisu is neither fully "wholesome" or "down bad". Like an average human, she exhibit the sexual needs for reproduction like all humans. Thus, the reason she is able to make such "down bad" comments.

just as an average humans that sits somewhere in the middle between "wholesome" and "down bad", Makise Kurisu is the same. A simple observation by watching the anime or the visual novel, is enough to see this.

I dont know if this is even a question, but you can be "wholesome" and "down bad". First of all, "wholesome" and "down bad" is not so much of a concept, but more of a label.
A vague and subjective human construct, on top of an already vague and subjective human construct.

Makise Kurisu is Makise Kurisu. A combination of brain, biological processes, brain configurations and everything that makes up her very being.

is this not obvious? do you even need source for this? isnt this basic knowledge?
