This is donghua we're talking about. I doubt bilibili will release it because this is Tencent. Crunchyroll only streams bilibili's donghua afaik (because Aniplex has a partnership with it). Netflix seems to be the most possible one for me, but they've only released Scissor Seven so far (there's Big Fish & Begonia too but it's only on some countries), and they'd probably batch release it (still better than no release at all, but you get my point)

Edit: I know about piracy, but my point is the anime won't have much hypes that it deserves.

I might be mistaken, but I think there are many more donghua in Netflix, at least in my country (Portugal), such as: No Doubt in Us, God Troubles Me, Refining QI for 3000 years, Brave Animated Series, and some others!
I have the feeling this one won't be there, but as a Netflix subscriber, I'd love a surprise like this, because I'm really hyped!

@Azurianyte those are licensed/distributed by bilibili outside China, Netflix sub-licensed it from them. I'm talking about the one directly licensed by Netflix (labeled as 'Netflix Original' like Scissor Seven). And Brave is from Taiwan, not Mainland China.
