I don't understand whether they ended up together in the manga it's hinted as much as I know please can someone clarify this?

It's ambiguous on purpose. They both love each other, but does not "date", and remains with their actual relationship.
If i remember correctly, there is way more romantical teasing in the Webcomic.

“Eventually, even these lingering feelings vanish as he begins his relationship with Yuki Yoshikawa.”
then they really did huh it's good to know

Why did you created a forum post on MAL if a simple Google search satisfy you... ? I don't get it; the majority of your posts can be answered by actually reading the stories...

As for this one in particular, there is something between Tooru and Yuki, yeah (which is part as to why he forgets his feelings for Hori, like the context of that sentence say in the fandom wiki). Does they end up together, tho ? We don't know. As i said, it's ambigious; left to the interpretation of the readers. (Edit : For the Manga, atleast...)

bruhh I didn't think that first if I knew that they ended up together I would't have made it....

as you know forums can't be deleted either way I got my answer I am satisfied.
