Is it safe to watch episode 2 without getting spoiled?

So I started reading this manga (I have only read 2 volumes) and then I found out it will be adapted into an anime. My plan was to read the manga and watch the anime concurrently, but I heard that the first episode contains spoilers from the ending of the manga. Should I begin watching from episode 2 instead? For those who have read the manga and watched episodes 2 and 3, are these episodes safe to watch or do they also reveal future events?

The episode people are referring to is Episode 0, which adapts manga content from nearly 100 chapters in, from what I heard. It’s recommended to start from Episode 1 instead.

I didn't know about ep 0, I just assumed it was ep 1. Thaks for letting me know. Then I guess the episodes are in the manga order, aside from 0.

Yeah, don't watch 0. I read the manga before the anime started, and I was confused, like, why do they start from near the end?
Ep 1 is where you start and I'm telling you the did an great job so far. Can't wait to reach the middle episodes. That's where the story becomes amazing with unexpected turns and plot twists
