   The animation looks like it's not 3d, but I hope we don't come across any surprises. Other than that, I have no problem with the Chinese animation adaptation. |

People should be more grateful that a Chinese studio was given the rights to adapt this. The animation quality of this donghua looks so much better than what we've seen of the numerous horrible anime adaptations of Korean intellectual properties. People were constantly shouting about how badly they wanted a Solo Levelling anime and now that it's actually getting an anime, they are regretting that wish.I'm happy it got animation. But there's this disappointment it got chinese adaptation instead of japan animation. One of the best thing from Japan animation is their seiyuu (voice actors) It would be the best if South Korea animated their own comics and novels, but the Korean animation industry is too mismanaged for that. The government would rather focus on funding K-Pop and K-Dramas. |
