Does luffy's future sight only uses for wano and abandon after that?

Luffy just spend 100s episodes to train his haki including the future sight in wano. But why does oda abandon that ability now? (lucci just smacks sentomarou without luffy's awareness) i guess oda is not consistent with power scaling.

Could be wrong but I think he needs intense concentration to maintain it and it probably tires him out a lot to do so. Definately feels like something that needs to be addressed though for sure, especially with the opponents he'll likely have in the near future.

Luffy only uses future sight in his base form, maybe he doesn't have full control over his gear 5 form.

It's 2024 and people STILL don't know how haki works, come on man. It's not a power that is just active permanently it needs to be deliberately used which drains stamina
