What should I watch after season 1?

Release order. It's just that simple.
You may watch either Mugen Train movie or 7 episodes TV version which is basically the same. TV version has additional anime original episode tho, so I recommend going with that.

The season is just the movie divided in 6 or 7 episodes.
After S1, you should watch Ep1 of S2, because that takes place before Rengoku and the main trio get on the train. It sort of works as the prologue for the Mugen Train Arc. Then watch the movie and then watch Entertainment District.

They're basically the same. Only significant difference between the two is that the first episode of the tv series isn't in the movie.

So watch either:

1) First episode of tv series, then the movie

or

2) All 7 episodes of the tv series, then skip the movie

You only need to choose one watch order, since you're getting the same content regardless

The movie is a little cheesy with the dialog but not a bad option. The mugen train episode has some slightly extended scenes, so I personally enjoyed it more.

So about season 4, I saw the trailer, it seems like it's going to be only about the hashira's , but like there was also one trailer that I saw zenitau (?) anyway, anybody here knows what characters will be included in season 4 arc?

Literally just watch the movie and then skip the Mugen train arc in season 2. It’s the same thing, but the movie has much better pacing.

I agree with this list

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

i would say the season purely because ep 1 is new content that wasnt in the movie. u could just watch ep 1 then the movie but i wouldnt bother

You can watch the TV series version of Mugen Train since it's not a RE-ADAPTATION or anything like that. It's the movie cut up into small episodic chunks. Its the same thing so if you wanna have a weekend movie thing, go for the movie. But if you're short on time with breaks in a day then choose the TV show. Whatever is available to you.

I'd say you should watch the mugen train EPISODES because you get entertaining and some deel after credits in each episode
Plus cool opening
And you also get an anime only episode of rengoku's mission BEFORE the mugen train event started

Yeah, when my friend watched it, he wanted to get through it to catch up for season 3, so I told him he could watch the movie, but to also watch the first episode of the season.
