Therefore no other studio could do season 2, even if they want. And Sunrise didn’t make season 2 happen in the first place because they chose to do Love Live season 2 at that time because Love Live is more profitable. |

I agree with you the MC was more normal and appealing to me than other MCs who change into other versions other then there true selves and speaking about the topic is the author of accel world the same one who made sword art online ? and if yes than why didn't it continue just like SAo? The author wrote SAO while he needed more time and effort to think of Accel World, and thus SAO releases light novel updates faster than Accel World. Also SAO is more fast paced, which made many people, especially those who were new to anime in that era, find it easy to get into the show, resulting in higher popularity in SAO. Surely SAO got season 2 before Accel World. I also wonder how many people still remember this show nowadays. On the other hand, SAO fans are still going strong after being reminded by season 2, a movie, then season 3. Moreover, A-1 is the one doing SAO while Accel World is held by Sunrise, which most likely does Gundam, or sometimes something else, like Love Live. |
