It's the style of the Author. He likes to create a mysterious plot , but then he buries it under ton of slice-of-life stuff , and only dig it up every 100 chapters. When you do a rom-com , you have to add events to the story so that it doesn't feels boring. The majority of Romance Mangas start the story with a one-sided crush , and create drama to lead to the confession. In the others who take the side of creating the couple in Chapter 01 (Such as Tonikaku Kawaii) , they are forced to add dramas , otherwise the story is already finished... There is almost no stories that are rom-com , but with also a supernatural sub-plot , and it definitely is refreshing. |
