Compared that to the comments in the Crunchyroll's teaser:

Is Aniplex that afraid of the criticism that people are willing to make?

Okaaay..... spoilers ahead.....

let’s say there were a rumor back then when solo leveling was ongoing, that solo leveling might not be animated. Because there was this scene when whole nation of Japan bowed to Sung Jin-Woo because he saved their nation. Now, let’s also see, before that Japanese hunters tried to assassinate all the Korean hunters. Meaning, the Japan as a country, was portrayed wrongly and with inferiority. So, yeah, there might be backlashes which is why they blocked the commenting.
