That probably means is split cour, Mashle also only has 4 blu-ray discs with 12 episodes but is also said to be 24 episodes in split cour

You don't have a hard evidence that is 24 episodes

You were the one making a thread about it using Blu-ray listing and i provided a example of a series that has 4 blu-ray discs announced but is going to be 24 episodes split in 2 cour, Mononogatari from last season had 2 blu-ray discs announced but a S2/2nd part is already announced, these 3 series had their "24 episodes" leaked by the same Twitter account before airing. Megami is much probably going to be split cour
