Will bleach tybw cour 2 have more hype than cour 1?

Personally, I'm not concerned about it. I'm a manga reader though, so my expectations and concerns for the second cour will be different from those of anime onlys. Fellow manga readers will know what I'm talking about.

I recenly watched Bleach because of the TYBW having so good reviews and it attracted me. So I am one of those persons who was fascinated thanks to TYBW looking so good. I think the upcoming manga fights would be sick if the animation will be on same / even better level. It will create a lot of hype i think so. On the other hand come back after 10 years would be hard to beat. I hope it will blow the internet with those and later parts fights animated.

I think the hype is pretty high, people who watched the first part will surely be watching the second one. Animation will probably be the same level as cour 1... cour 1 had the factor that 'Bleach was coming back after 10 years', so it's hard to top that, but I'm sure people will continue to talk about stuff to come in the anime. 

About Jujutsu Kaisen, I mean, part 1 aired in Fall while Chainsaw Man (which was super anticipated) and Mob Psycho III were airing too, so JJK is nothing tbh. Caring about "competition" is dumb, people who really like Bleach are going to support it anyway.

It's still top 2 on MAL, 6 on Anilist, it was well-received on IMDB too... it was also one of the most watched Disney+ shows week by week while it was airing. All of that for a sequel, remember many people had to watch the OG Bleach anime first if they wanted to see TYBW, since TYBW is a sequel, and even as a sequel it was successful anyway. 

Chill and let's hope for the Hell arc manga to be serialized.
