There is Second Rank Lifer which has an arc with this concept but I don't think it's the one your looking for

I remember reading an arc in another manhwa (in a forest) where they chose what they lost e.g. sight (not just limited to senses), I think they were called inhibitions and there was this little boy acting cocky and maybe an old man who chose sight loss and a girl who chose the inhibition of not bathing. I can't remember the name and after a quick search I can't find it either. Not the best description, sorry, but if this sounds like the one your searching for, say and I'll try some more to find it.

yea thats the one i have been trying to find it but cant seem to find it either so i thought that i might be able to come on here and get some help lol and ill give that second life ranker a shot seems interesting

Jesus, I've finally found the one I was talking about, it took me a lot longer than I thought... It's Returning With Absolutely Nothing. The restrictions were called prohibitions, and that part of the story starts at chapter 10.

Is this the one you were talking about?
