| Stupid head of you. This series is basically different: How I've tamed beasty girls and got myself a furry harem. The other thing is just how the featured couple developed their relationship. There is nothing significantly in common between the two. |

| There are many, many fantasy adventure plots with "I was fired from the Heroes Party cuz my class was considered bad, but it turned out, It was CHAD build, I was just doing things wrong" among the Light Novel realm, man. Pretty sure Banished Hero was not even the first, just the one who got an anime before others. Kuro no Seija is yet another one I remember from memory, with a healer, who wanted so hard to be DPS. There's other, that I dont remember the name, about a monk who insisted on using swords. Got fired, stomped mosnters for having no gear but fists (which he should had been using from the get go). Same goes with people compalining this season about I'm a Villainess, so I'm Taming the Last Boss being "a Hamefura ripoff". Otome Isekais mostly use villainess as the isekai-ed MC instead of the heroine, and their settings are mostly Romantic Visual Novels. There are dozens of mangas/novels with those settings, actually. Anime industry, specially the Light Novel sector, loves to follow trends. Like many isekais airing in the last years having "slavery is okay if Mc does it to hot girls", thanks to shiel hero success. Or almost all post-2010's era isekais now having game aesthetics+OP MC like SAO (yes, I know SAO itself is not a REAL isekai, but you get what I mean, I guess...). Or back in mid 2000's, when Shana popularized both, Magical Girlfriends and Tsundere Lolis as Main Female Lead. Or late 2000's when Oreimo success spanwed multiple copycats, like Nakaimo, Oniai, Recently My Sister is Unusual, My Sister My Writer... It's just that some trends are still far, far more concentrated in novels/mangas. |

I had high hope it would rival hamefura... but kinda look disappointing as the episodes pass... yeah they took the idea but made a blend of castlevania with cinderella... the execution of the anime for this came out a bit lame... the jokes doesn't have the punch as it did with hamefura |

| Yeah. Its kinda refreshing plot, but there's so many series that pop out using the same plot. But even so, this series is fun to watch. I mean the MC is a no ordinary beast tamer who has tamed pretty cute and adorable girls from the ultimate species. |

| There's not enough "kicked from the hero's party" type anime. I've seen less than 10 and I need more. "Beast Tamer" is just an average addition to the theme in question. |
