| I'm not 100% what the legal status is around the world but I'm pretty sure that doujin are generally speaking legal in most countries (with the possible exception of some more objectionable subjects like lolis). Of course there are notable exceptions like australia (not sure if they really did ban them but I remember that they did propose such a legislation). Now being legal is one thing, finding a vendor who will carry doujin is another matter entirely. I recall that at one point E-hentai came dangerously close to being shut down because the hoster did not want to host the kind of material that was on there, from what I gathered it was not a legal but a personal issue. |

When I was reading the Codex of Crimes or however it is called in English, I found out that for Child Porn or other illegal stuff in Poland is also counted any imagination or "creation"/"art" or whatever else what would be related or representing a children during the sex act, such stuff is the lightest penalty of all of them, but still Illegal. So yes, it is counted as CP. |
