When should I watch One Piece: Red?

So I am just starting Dressrosa now and I was wondering if I have enough knowledge about the show to watch the movie or if I will get some things spoiled or be confused with certain aspects. Was originally planning to just get caught up in the show, but as we all know that can take awhile.

I would advise you not to watch it unless you're caught up on the manga or until the anime gets to the end of wano.
