My expectations will be low for him coming back, I don't think it's impossible but I think it'll be very low. as much as I love season 4, the only thing missing for me was a classic imai cut. Imai is a part of attack on titans identity, making some of the most mindblowing action pieces in anime, that chase scene with levi and kenny in season 3 will forever be ingrained in my mind and will never not make me squeal like a school girl, and I do hope he returns for one last send off

Prolly not, he left his mark by animating some of the best parts of the 2 of the biggest anime in the decade (AoT and OPM)

He could be at MAPPA but for JJK not AOT because he said he want to work on S2. So I have to change there are a chance but it’s HELL DAMN LOW. Not gonna get my hope up.

the chances of that happening are around the same as Fate/Stay Night 2006 getting a ufotable remake.
so yeah, pretty slim.

In all seriousness, he's probably going to work on Chainsaw man, so he'd be anyways too busy to work on aot. It's possible, but it's pretty unlikely.
