I just finished watching the East Blue ark and I actually like one piece more than I thought I would. So I was wondering what were you guy's first thoughts on one piece from watching the first couple of episodes. I didn't really like it until later on in the ark

I got hooked instantly. As someone who is picky with humor, I found myself laughing all the time with One Piece. East Blue will always be a nostalgic ride, especially now that we're awaiting the end of the series. My favorite for sure is Arlong Park.

People always say One Piece gets good around episode 50, but I was hooked from the beginning. Heck I even enjoyed Syrup Village.

I started a long time ago and took a break at middle of alabasta, now I got it back and binged everything beyond it in month and half. If I need to choose I got hooked up at water 7 really godly arc

I've always liked it from the start, but it's even better once you realize that every single little detail you've been shown plays into the story. Everything matters! Also, it gets even better as you get further

I remember that i bought the two firsts mangas… I got hooked instantly haha. It is still one of my favorites stories.

I was a child when I started it (and watched until Alabasta) so I don't really thought anything. Just enjoy it 😅

But I always liked all those arcs. Mihawk, Arlong and Loguetown were SO epic for me.

East Blue is great. The character's introductions and back stories are top notch. Mihawk v Zoro, pretty much everything about Arlong Park (especially that one moment between Luffy and Nami), and Loguetown are amazing.

i didn't really care about the series that much at first, but after around the beratie arc i fell in love with one piece. nowadays it's a 10/10 show for me. which is saying a lot since i'm very picky with anime

It took me a little while to get hooked, I struggled a bit with Usopp’s intro. But then once Sanji and the Baratie made an appearance I was instantly hooked

When I first read OP I thought it was okay and a bit overhyped. I dropped it after a few years. Then I returned to it in 2016 or thereabouts and I loved it enoughto catchup and watch the anime too. Not sure what changed about me.

Throughout the first 90 episodes I thought One Piece was decent but not great. The Alabasta arc was really where I started to love the show and get hooked on it

the pacing is rough but it's actually one of the few animes I literally laugh out loud at. the funny stupidity of the crew is pretty good.

East blue is good buh not that good for one piece level....im still in ep 422 just starting impel down...continue the adventure....my favourite arcs for now are Sabaody Archipelago, Amazon lilly, Alabasta and sky island...you will love one piece if u are enjoying the east blue saga

East Blue Saga, was very slow and not that appealing until Logue Town. Orange Village and Syrup Village are some of the worst arcs in all of One Piece

I liked it from the beginning but I started really liking it after Zoro vs Mihawk i think and i got hooked after Lougetown
