What Year Did You Watch Berserk In?
| I've been waiting to watch the original Berserk but what time is better than now? With that being said, what year did you watch the anime in? Was it the original year (1997) it aired? Do tell because it'll be interesting to see the times everyone watched the series in, you know? |

| in 2015 if i recall corectly ? it was one of those shows that got me into anime, so i still consider it a must watch ! |
| I watched Berserk (1997) in 2021. I haven't watched 2016 version yet and probably I will never watch it. |

| In the autumn of 2018. I began watching anime for the first time two years earlier, in the autumn of 2016, but only watched six series through to the end of the year. In 2017 and most of 2018, I only watched a few series, but really began gem-seeking around September - October of 2018, when I ended up watching series like Kenpuu Denki Berserk, Haibane Renmei, and Kaiba, which are still among my very tops. I didn't actually begin watching more regularly in the sense of watching new (new to me - not new by release date/airdate) anime series back to back until March of 2019. Kenpuu Denki Berserk was only my eleventh series watched at that point. Now at around 200, and it's still in my Top 5 and one of the few 10/10s. What surprises me is that, examining the poll, around 78% of the answers from poll respondents are from viewers who watched it within the last two and a half years, between 2020 and currently where we are in miid-2022. I guess that's because the majority of people who are more interested and eager to view the sub-forum for the series and think and talk about it are those who have watched it most recently. |
