Although I like many characters, especially supporting ones, it has always been Kakashi for me; and I hope it'll still be the case when I'll reread the series someday because I haven't glanced over it since it ended airing.

Itachi was the most interesting character in the entire series. I can say that the reason for I used to watch Naruto was to see more of his character and story.

Madara and Obito were fine too I guess.
