I think so, but tbh I’m not like 100% if he actually died or not. Cause after the class vs. class he was legit reduced to a baseball throwing machine
The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

Yes he does and you’ll see his technique and ability more in depth in S2 if they get that far out

He’s still alive, the robot he was controlling just got destroyed. He has a Heavenly Restriction that’s basically the opposite of Maki’s: he has a super weak body, but in exchange he has huge amounts of cursed energy and the ability to use his technique (controlling puppets) over very long distances.

The robot from the Kyoto school. His real name is Kokichi Muta, he uses his cursed technique to control the robot from far away.

At this point I just accept that everyone does it. Jjk is really cool and the plot is interesting but I’m so lost on the power shit. Wouldn’t be as bad if they didnt put so much emphasis on how important curse energy is and how it manifests. It’s where I think Manga like hxh do a better job of going into detail about what the types of powers do and what they can’t. Then on the opposite side you have manga like chainsaw man which keeps it simple whichever devil your power is associated is what power you have. The only powers that make sense are the hereditary ones in jjk, but how did nobara find out her stuff worked with nails and a hammer.

She knew it naturally. That's why it is called an INNATE Technique.

so she just knew to go get a hammer and some nails… something innate would be more along the lines of techniques that come from the body instead of being channeled through objects. Especially man made ones

Her Technique works well with a ranged weapon. She just uses Hammer and Nails because she likes it.
Her Technique isn't "Hammer and Nails". Her Technique is "Strawdoll."

Man how are you a HxH fan and getting confused by JJK?
CE is literally just simplified Nen.
It even has binding contracts to increase your power by limiting yourself.
Case in point:
Mechamaru is basically Kankuro from Naruto, but in exchange for a shitty body he can reach across Japan.

because nen is better explained in terms of what people can and can’t do (like how on the nen chart you can do skills next to yours easily but the ones across are extremely hard). JJK is easier to compare to Jojos in that everyone has the same type of “power” but the abilities are wildly different, and that outside of special cases those powers are unique to you and/or your bloodline. I just don’t know if skills can be replicated in JJK. I know yuji did it but I think he was a special case. Like could Gojo replicate cursed voice if he put in the effort or is that locked to the inumaki bloodline

I see what you mean but I think the anime explains it pretty clearly in ep 6 when Gojo was training Yuji.
80% of your power is innate.
Sure there are skills anyone can do like making barriers, Black flash, Domain Expansion(which you need a cursed technique for), etc.,

But the cursed technique you're born with is the only one you can use.(unless your technique is to copy other techniques lol)
Are you talking about the movie?
Cause I can see why that might give you the wrong idea.
No idea why Mappa didn't fix the translation.
