| Urgh, Beatrice from Umineko no Naku Koro ni is definitely sadistic. Other characters too at the times. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (+Kai) features some healthy sadism too. Kira (Light) from Death Note might be a sadist. |

| You have to see Kaiji then! These cruel rich bastards make the lives of these poor people a living hell. The psychological pain seen in it is uncomparable to any other pain in anime I've seen thus far. Claymore is also similar in a sense but more physical. It's good, but the ending drops sadly. There's this really sadistic girl in there, I think her name is Pricilla. |

| Seconding Kaiji; even if it doesn't fit what you are looking for, its a great anime. I will second CANAAN as well although its no my personal favorite. Pick Princess Tutu back up for Drosselmeyer, as he fits the description really well. Also, I just HAVE to add Jungle wa Itsumo Hare nochi Guu. Guu likes nothing more than making loads of trouble for Haré. She's extremely good at doing it as well. |
