| I never have liked My Hero Academia a lot, the characters are interesting, and the story had a lot of potential, but there are lots of "kids with superpowers go to superpower training school." anime that I personally feel kept me attentive to it longer. |

| VIVY. I haven't finished it since it's currently airing but I was caught up for a while (waiting for the dub now though, ever since it was announced) and couldn't understand why everyone was so hyped right from episode 2. It seems pretty average to me. Nothing special Pop Team Epic. Literally the most unfunny "comedy" I've ever watched. I've seen tragedies that are funnier than PTE. It's not "the new Nichijou". It's a joke. A painfully unfunny joke The End of Evangelion. In my opinion the ending is even worse than regular Neon Genesis Evangelion's (I also thought the original series was just slightly above-average) Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I don't get the hype. "It's got dark themes." So? "It's a deconstruction." And? Those things don't automatically make a series good. Same applies to Evangelion, but at least I actually kinda liked Eva, lol Beyond the Boundary. Outstanding animation doesn't make up for horrible characters and a story that's basically a worse version of Madoka Magica (which I already didn't like as mentioned above) As for popular anime I dropped... https://myanimelist.net/animelist/Kii_Ibarra?status=4 IDK, are any of these shows popular? I dropped all of them because they bored me, I guess All of these are just my opinions. You're allowed to disagree, I don't mind. | SAO and Angel Beats are the ones whose high rating I don't understand, even though the concepts were actually good I found them to be poorly executed and that they could have done better. Finished them both anyway, just don't understand why there is so much hype around them. |

| FLCL. I can definitely see why some people enjoy it, but the music while good, drowned out a lot of the dialogue which got to be obnoxious and most of the comedy did not land for me at all. I can respect it for what it is, but it just wasn't for me. |

| I honestly a bit dissapointed in madoka and dont get the hype at all before ep 3 shows up and shits going to lot more happen, then i watch the recap movies, holy shit though, i understand everything after analyzing the recaps |

| i really dont get Hunter x Hunter, watched 39 episodes a few years ago and it felt like another shounen battle manga and kinda just moved on to something else. Feels like people are hyping it up as if it was something transcending in the genre or something... its just aight from what ive seen |
