Third Season? (Anime Only)

I haven't read anything on the manga yet, so I have no idea how the pacing there goes, and with that please no spoilers.

With only two episodes remaining, I feel that it doesn't seem like it'll end with us finding out who the bride is. I am curious though. Do you think there will be a third season?

With the phase ongoing now I too don't think that this season will end with the bride, and most likely to be a cliffhanger. Hope that they don't rush it. Better to wait for a third season than a rushed piece of art which will be most likely a chaos.

I hope so but probably around 1.5-2 years away and it does seem quite successful in terms of average score and the popularity of the manga so I wouldn't say there's 0 chance :0

I know the ending but i havent read the manga. I dont think in just 2 episodes they gonna suddently reveal he choose her...

Thing is we know miku loves him, nino love him(she made it very clear lol) ichika loves him, itsuki been on good terms with him but i dont remember stuff from season one that well so i still believe we didnt see how she feels altho with how anime going it looks like all 5 gonna love him, yotsuba have been with him almost all episode 10 which we finaly see her in the picture after season 1 all we saw is that she is dumb then we saw her little bit in season 2 but nothing major, now this episode we saw her with futaro and she made it clear she wants him, itsuki is reina we just found out this episode but truth to be told i kind knew it sense season one (there were so many hint and specialy the way she said "at most we are just strangers" theres so much more to be seen. She said it in season 1 when she walked with futaro to find her sister to watch the fireworks. Some stuff you cant forget when it comes to shows you love hahah.

So yea i dont see any reason season 3 wouldnt be a thing, also this show rating is pretty high for a harem series. Nearly 8 out of 10 so yea, people want to see it its popular its highly recommended if season 3 wouldnt happen its because of budget issues, I honestly cant see any other reason.

And one more thing, hey date a live 2 was in 2014 and look 5 years later 2019 date a live 3 came out. Then at 2020 we had 2 kurumi movies and now they released a date for date a live season 4! Yes it is confirmed, so you never know man. Like high school dxd season final season was at 2018 who knows maybe we get high school dxd season 4 is as a confirmed season upcoming 2022 2023 2024 you never know.

Hell we could even get asterisk war season 3 in like 3 years no matter the anime at long it has over 7.36 out of 10.00 any company is free to pick the series up and create its own.
Same with one punch suddently 2019 there was season 2 by a different company.

Don't really know the pacing as well. But I kinda feel like they'll end on a cliffhanger and have a season 3 or they'll release some sort of movie to cap it all up. Then again I didn't read the manga so I guess i'm an idiot if not.

Yeah actually to know the bride in only 2 episodes, i feel it's gonna be a bit harsh and rushed, we didn't really see any development in Fuutaro feelings for them (maybe Fuutaro have feelings for 1 quintuplet but isn't showing any and he gonna reveal he actually love "her" on the trip)or, maybe, s3 where we see him develop feelings for them and reveal it slowly to the viewer, idk, i feel like a s3 would be just 10x better than if they rush the ending, also don't see why they won't do a season 3, it's rated pretty high, it's really popular, fans are just asking for it, no one love rushed ends. So yeah i just hope it ends on a cliffhanger and there would be s3

From what i've heard, 2nd season isn't covering up most of the manga volumes yet (i think)
So yeah, we might get the 3rd season for the finale

It's actually impossible to complete the story in 2 episodes, there are 3-4 arcs more to be covered. From the 122 chapters, almost 40 chapters are covered each season and this season is also going to end around 80 chapters so yeah they'll have to give a s3 later

It's kinda impossible for them to give a conclusion to the anime series in season 2.. Yeah, I've read the Manga and I can speculate something... Moreover, this S 2 has been so rushed in adapting the Manga chapters !! S 1 had adapted around first 30 or 31 chapters whereas this season is on a race in adapting the chapters, i think with the next 2 episodes, it's gonna end up adapting like 50 or 52 chapters !!! Also, my another prediction, this season may be a market move for the promotion of upcoming Visual Novel of QQ (with this, all 5 types of people will get their preferred route). Another point to be noted, this anime season has got a pretty fair score in MAL in terms of harem genre, like it's been now ranked 3 or 4 in high scores!! So the anime has quite reach to all and the manga (according to people i have heard) has also done better in Japan.. So atmost, it has a fair chance of getting a S 2 or atleast some OVAs or a movie for worst... At end, we can just predict until any official announcement 🤷🏻‍♂️

Manga reader here, it's most likely going to end in a Cliffhanger just like season 1 . Probably they're going to continue with S3/Movie/OVA series. There are still a lot of source material that haven't been materialized yet but I don't think it's enough for

As a manga reader, there should be a 3rd season. The 1st season adapted 32 chapters. The 2nd season by the end will have adapted 54 chapters. There will still be 36 chapters to cover which is a perfect amount for a 3rd season. This season's pacing was really fast, they cut some chapters and the chapters they did adapt they cut parts out of.

Is there enough material left for a third season even? Not that I mind at all, but this S2 seemed really fast so I think they churned and skipped through a lot of chapters. Maybe they can just take it slow with a season 3. Or a movie? movie would be kind of weird imo.

Idk, I'm just going to be happy we got this pretty good S2 for now. If they decide NOT to do an anime-original ending, I'm going to be sad man...

It seems like they sped things up in the anime to finish the story in 3 seasons. I would like to see it go to its completion in anime form, regardless of how I view the ending.

I need a 3rd season, it would be an absolute shame if it ended here when it only needs one more season. Its a really popular series so thiers every chance. Season 3 could be used as a promotion for the QQ visual novel

Yeah, they are still in the 3rd grade of high school. With 1 more episode left, it wouldn't be enough to hold them all. What's more, with the title 5-toubun no Hanayome which means The Quintessential Quintuplets, shouldn't they show the whole bridal scene even more, right?
