Oh man, do I have a lot of recs for you!

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai: Romance anime where the MC is in a relationship by the end of episode 3. The series is based around arcs with the MC helping out people with their problems that have a supernatural effect on the world that doesn't go away until he can help them grow as a character. Very good series, and I highly recommend it.

Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry: An action/romance anime where the MC is in a relationship by the end of the first episode. This series is pretty ecchi, but there is no actual uncensored nudity at any time. The plot is your standard tournament arc, but what makes the series good is that the MC has a special ability that makes him very overpowered, and it's fun watching him use that ability to defeat his opponents.

Yagate Kimi ni Naru: A yuri romance anime where the main characters "get together" by the end of the first episode iirc. It's been a while since I've seen the anime, but I just did a reread of the manga which is one of my favorites. Without giving too much away, it's nothing like your standard romance anime, but it is very good. It's considered to be one of, if not the best yuri series of all time, and for good reason.

Amagami SS: Amagami SS is a dating sim adaptation that is made up of separate character arcs, with each arc lasting 4 episodes. After the end of every 4 episodes, the timeline "resets" and the show adapts a different girl's arc from the source. Amagami SS is a really fun anime, and if you want something where they get together early, you'll enjoy the arc style of the romance in Amagami SS.

Sakura Trick: Sakura Trick is just straight up junk food anime. It's complete yuri fanservice without being overly fetishizing of it being yuri from what I can remember. I think they kiss at least 5 times in the first episode, so I would say the romance starts on pretty early.

Say I Love You. The couple still has obstacles to overcome, but they technically get together in like the first episode.
