Making new account

So i wanted to make new account for myself,i did everything in order and when you have to verify your account by the email sent to you from MAL i dont get any email. I'm waiting for 2-3 days and my email still has no message from MAL and i cant verify and loggin to the new account. Any solution?

Check your spam/junk folder, maybe the email went there. If not then it's possible that your email provider is blocking it even before you see it. This is a known problem for the email providers listed here. Another possibility is that you made a typo when you entered your email address.

You can contact the customer support here (the contact form is at the end of the page) and they can help you.

Please also don't forget to delete your old account after you made the new one because we only allow 1 account per person.

I didnt know its allowed to make 1 account per person and i dont want to delete this one im using now,i wanted to have 2. But if its not possible than i will keep this one and wont bother with making the new one
