I was going to nominate Yakitori from GitS:SAC since it's basically a 7 minute guitar solo, but Yoko Kanno stuff always gets nominated :( |

| I had to resurrect myself for this. I've been waiting for Electric Guitar Week for awhile. I always wanted to nominate something from Gintama OST but have never been able to pick a song for a theme. This particular song is usually used during the "crowning moments of awesome" throughout Gintama but it has a distinct melancholy that makes it difficult to pin down a theme. So it's probably not the most technically accomplished of guitar pieces but it's one of my favorites. | Hmm, I'm impressed with how quickly this is filling up as well as the quality of the tracks nominated. I guess people really were looking forward to this week. I think that means I can sit this one out since people are collectively coming up with some pretty good stuff that I approve of. Also, is the Needless OST released yet?
