| Didn't watch it yet but I am in the middle of reading the original Monster manga—if that means anything, then I'd say yes, keep going. Anyway I'd recommend these:

| Not sure if the formatting of this anime would be to your taste, but Aoi Bungaku might be something you’d like. It’s been a few years since I watched it but I think there were about 4 short stories within the 12 episodes. The stories are basically anime adaptions of Japanese literature novels, all with psychological/horror themes. |
