Complete OVA but it says its Ongoing

The Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken OVA has only 2 episodes its finished, but on MAL it still says its ongoing so I cant mark it as complete even though its finished, would you be able to mark it as complete please and thanks in advance :)

I have a similar problem with two hentai’s I’ve watched. As far as I know they only have two episodes and since I’ve watched both episodes of both shows I have marked (on several occasions) both shows as completed but each time I log in again they show up on the “watching list”. Either this is a bug or something is not right with my account, please help.

Release Dates for 2nd and 3rd eps. of Trilogy OVA announced
2nd: Vol.15, Releasing on July 9, 2020
3rd: Vol.16, Releasing on November 8, 2020

There is no Amazon page for Vol.14, which contains 1st part, yet though (which it will get pre-screening during the event on January 26).

Just another example of MAL having inconsistent databaseing practices while using "consistency" as the justification to make completely bananas classification decisions. At least in this care they're erroring into the reasonable choice of combining 2 distinct OVA productions into 1 entry instead of the standard of doing something silly like classifying a 6 episode OVA into a 1 episode movie.
