1.
Snow White with Red Hair
Ancient Magus Bride
Kakuriyo Bed and Breakfast for Spirits

Looking for 'mature' like romance (no typical school cliche setting), doesn't need to be adult. Even if it's just subgenre is okay, I'd prefer slice-of-life or fantasy/supernatural setting but feel free to suggest anything similar.

Also something like

2.
Mushishi
Natsume Book of Friends
Fukigen na Mononokean
Mayonaka no Occult

I like yokai slice of life stories as well

For number one you can visit my profile
For number 2 i'd recommend (but imo it is tend to be more fantasy then Slice of life):
Kamisama Hajimemashita
Inari Konkon, Koi Iroha

Nodame Cantabile for a romance

If you like yokai stories, you should try GeGeGe no Kitarou (2018).

Seconds for
Saiunkoku Monogatari
Kamisama Hajimemashita
Kemono no Sou-ja Erin
Mononoke
Uchouten Kazoku

I see you have a couple of magical girl anime on your list... do you want another Snow White anime but with a magical girl theme? Then check out Prétear: The New Legend of Snow White!
The main character is in high school, but the story isn't really focused on her school life—it's more of a story about saving the world using elemental powers with a supernatural romance and some character development. It's also one of the few magical girl shows that have more than one outfit for the magical girl, so if you like a large wardrobe of magical clothes then this is definitely a show for you.

If you don't mind a more slow-paced and mature anime, I also suggest that you watch Uta∽Kata.
This isn't an anime about yokai, but it is a slice-of-life anime about spirits—specifically, Djinn. And like with Prétear, this is also a magical girl anime to watch if you like seeing more than one magical costume for the main character. I personally find this anime underrated, so if you are interested in checking out more obscure stuff, this might be the kind of hidden gem for you.

I'll check it out!

I have read Kamisama! I like it. Not much the anime though since they didn't really finish the manga which is kinda sad :(

Watched Inari as well, wasn't a fan tbh. It was just okay.

Thanks for the recom!

I've heard of Pretear before... I'll add that in :) Yeah I watch a variety of shows. Pretear sounds more like Magic Knight Rayearth haha

I don't mind slow pace or spirits haha. I'll look into it :) thank you!

I got a bit tired of Ueno Juri's performance as Nodame by the time the movies were released. But then I'm not a fan of the tendency of Japanese actors to "mug."

I do think the live-action version of "Rhapsody in Blue" was much funnier than the one in the anime. The young professional musicians in this scene were clearly having a blast!

You're probably a good candidate for Kono Oto Tomare, a story about high schoolers who play the koto, a classical Japanese stringed instrument. It's second season is coming to its end. Streamed on Funimation.

Haha relate. J shows can be tiresome sometimes especially their comedy. Ah I did watch the koto anime. It was okay :) the sounds were nice!

Thank you!
