Whose music do you like better Trapnest or Blast?

Whose music sounds better?

For the poll, choose solely on music only because I think the results would be very biased if we just pick the band we like better, lol. As a band, I like Blast way better but as far as music, I'm a bit torn because they both have very different sounds and I think they both sound good. I think Nana's voice is very unique and good but I also think Reira has more range. It's a very hard choice but I happen to have more Trapnest (Olivia inspi' Reira) songs on my playlist so I think that speaks for itself. As much as I love Blast, I'm gonna have to say Trapnest on music. But as far as who I like better (as far as the members), hands down Black Stones.

At first it was clearly Trapnest... seeing it more objectively it still is I guess, but I just can't get over Kuroi namida... so I'll say Blast...

Well...tough decision to be honest. I like Trapnest's more 'pop' feel with their lyrics. It speaks to the romantic in me. Plus the voice is simply beautiful. But I'm gonna' have to go with the Black Stones.

I always loved the unique almost smoky quality of the voice. The guitar and other instruments have much more 'raw' feel one could say. Plus, I always liked lyrics like that, sort of depressing but with an underlay of hope.

If we went by the bands that perform the songs live..I still go with Anna Tsuchiya over Olivia. Simply for her unique voice.

Just my opinion.

Both are really great. Both Nana and Reira are great vocals, and I do think Reira's voice sounds beautiful when she sings, but I have to pick Blast.
Their song "Rose" cautivated me from the start.

I love both, and ended up picking Black Stones because of Nana's voice. However, I love Trapnest's song, "Starless Night."

By a pinch, Trapnest's music.
Although my favourite song from the Anime was from Blast.
Also I much prefer Blasts appearance as a band. "Bondage pants" FTW!

From the second Nana sang for her one stand audience in sync with Nobu's guitar .. I was sold. BLAST all the way, caught me with Rose.

I love the music of both bands but I voted for Trapnest. In the beginning I loved just Blast but Trapnest has grown on me so much that I already prefer it musically. :)

Starless Night, Wish, Winter Sleep were awesome!

Blast only had Rose and Kuroi Namida. Plus Reira >> both NANA

I've always divided it up like this:

Studio: Trapnest
Live: Blast

I love Trapnest's music, but it wouldn't translate well into a live setting because of all the different music overlays that require just more than the foursome (with that, I would see them "live" just to say I did). Blast doesn't have that problem, and their songs contain more energy, perfect for a live band.

Trapnest sounds better in my own opinion, mostly because Reira's voice is better than Nana's. But I like Blast's members way more.
