Hello, I'm looking for some dark, depressing manga, about loosing hope and will to live, suicide or other tragedy. Title that try to show ugliness of surrounding world. Any genre.

Probably best off giving Shinsekai Yori a read. It's dark, depressing and is definitely about losing the will to live at some points. Actually, it's pretty much everything you mentioned in your message.

I would just like to add that if you are going to give Shinsekai Yori a go at all, it is largely agreed that the anime is better. In the end, it's going to come down to whether you're an anime or manga fan, but the reason the anime is more critically acclaimed is that it largely dropped the ecchi and fanservice and incorporated beautiful animation and sound.

Oyasumi Punpun and Solanin ,not sure it is what you are looking for,but it has certain approach to things (Solanin is really realistic in picturing minor daily human emotions) idk i've had post-depression after reading both. Oyasumi has strange atittude about it but both are kinda hard..
