anime with a manipulative male mc?

I basically want a male main character who manipulates others to get what he needs, I would also prefer a series with no romance this means no harems either. I don't mind old art styles. If possible I would like one of the following genres:

-sports
-action
-seinen
-martial arts
-shonen
-military
-pychological

one last thing I have no problem with perverted MCs as long as he just really likes tits, asses, and thighs. Still I don't want the 'plot' to end up as the actual plot of the anime

As someone who wears his love for Code Geass on his sleeve, I think you should give Code Geass a try.

The MC, Lelouch is very manipulative. It also studies his psychology to a great degree I feel.

It's a mecha show with a fair bit of action in it, among other things.

There's a little bit of romance in it, although really not a lot.

Death Note is a pretty obvious choice. Great cat and mouse anime with some clever mental gymnastics.

The villain in Monster definitely fits for this request. Not the protagonist though.
