I did all the development quests so at a point I had the statues built, but for some reason they're not anymore. Now I have a list of green quests that appear and when I clear them there is a red quest then a new green, it seems endless. So maybe statues are also at the end there |

So maybe statues are also at the end there These are the redo quests for the routes (finishing each route nets 20 prisms, but these are optional). If you did build everything (no quests that require any materials on part 1 or 2), then you're missing a quest. Be sure you finish everything. |
