| The second season comes out early 2018 maybe in January. So I'm expecting the movie to come out late 2018 as a sequel like the OVAs to the first season. Still speculation though so don't take my word for it. |

| i'm sure it's going to be a prequel given the old outfits and the new grey dude makes it even more obvious, it's about events that weren't featured in both the 1st season and the currently airing one and a completely unrelated to what we saw in the series, but really what movies mostly tell is smth different from what's given in the series, usual pattern and quite understandable. |

| I'd think this would be a prequel to the anime since escanor is here in this, but if u see diane's outfit in the trailer, its the new outfit that she got from Merlin, the modified skirt one from season 2....so this is present or in the future, but how are they going to play this into the storyline even if it's a side story 0.o |
