| This is a doozy, but pretty much analyzation on Fo's interactions with others and responses from pages 1-8. @@ All in all, my read on Fo right now is Neutral/maybe slightly leaning towards third party? I found it odd that he kept deflecting Sukiya and Phraze's questions and failed to answer them. Why is that? Also keep in mind everyone that just because Logic loosley suspected Fo, does not make him automatic scum :T read into it yourselves and base your reads on Fo's actions, not others. Sidenotes: I'd like to point out that here Logic got a neutral read on Sithis and here he says he's willing to vote for Sithis "due to inactivity". :| Though I will say that people on this Sithis lynch are most definitely either town or third party. Also can I say lol at this name spelling here? |

| okey this game kinda lost me at D1. I still can't see why people think that Fo is scum. And I still can't see where people are pulling those Yurkin townreads from, i mean like all the posts that people say 'oh look, totally town' about are posts that ping me for scum. Right now it feels like she's just ignoring everything that isn't beneficial to her, how is that a town-tell? Where she got all negative from 2 votes D1 she just 100% ignored a vote cast on her in D2. Her play is inconsistent. After reading the wiki page with something like manual for newbies I came to the obvious conclusion - everything I did or attempted to do with no success at all, was wrong. "PbPA are quite possible the most pointless way you can waste time in Mafia" "Skilled players are probably not going to post directly scummy things. To a degree, what they post doesn't really matter. It's more helpful to look at their responses to various pressures and judje their motives accordingly." Umm....I kind of wonder if I am not suited for mafia game, since I got it all wrong and all. Edit: when I see Jackrito is online I'll ask for replacement. |

| @Gwendolly GTMH (gun to my head) means that if there was a gun in my face and somebody told me to guess who I thought the sk was or eat lead, then at this point I'd say it's astros. Based on nothing besides a hunch. I don't think that it was strange for astros specifically to be indecisive there; he pushed nolynch. That takes someone who doesn't appreciate what good old scumhunting can actually accomplish, I bet tenshii and sithis were the same people with different avatars to him. I didn't mind wen's vote on sithis in hindsight. It's what basically killed him more or less. And I really liked his response to my light pressure earlier in the game. I agree that holo didn't seem to have much of an opinion on sithis. Do you agree with her read on me? How do you feel about mishu's last couple of posts? Read there in general? |
Partially, because i think you're scum. Other reason was because i was really interested in your response. Not getting any was kinda pretty dissapointing. Well i guess that's a response in itself as well. Also not really sure where you got it from that PbPA is a bad thing, as far as i'm aware of it's not that bad? | I really just want to put in my two cents out here as a host. I understand that mafia can be a bit difficult, and stressful at times - this is normal. It can also be an emotional rollercoaster ride experience, and sometimes you are left feeling in the dark because you are unsure of what to do. But I want to emphasize that each game you play is a learning experience amongst everyone - hosts included. You are not expected to be perfect, you can fumble and fall, but you just have to keep on working at it to get back up. Anyway, what I am trying to say that since Jackrito, and I have put a lot of time into this game, please don't just ask to be replaced out so lightly. We have been chewing through our waitlist, and once we cannot find any more players, we will have to start modkilling slots, and that would just ruin the experience for everyone and us included. Mafia will not always bring good moments, but I do expect everyone to be mature with handling situations that come your way. |

| Oh okay that's how it works. Thank you. And yea also just wanna say it's also okay if you don't think the game's for you and you're not having fun to replace out; nobody can force you to play. But a lot of effort goes into the setups, running and playing on a lot of people's part the classy thing to do is play it out if you can and let somebody know if you can't. I mean like. When I in for games is approach it with a mindset that "I'm gonna make this game better than it was if I hadn't played it" and tbh; I feel bad that I wasn't around to crush scum with you guys day 1; so give me a chance to make up for it and help me crush scum right now. :D Vote mishu! |

I'll just say right here, I strongly strongly oppose Fo being toDay's lynch. I have strong reasons for thinking this and I'll fight against his wagon all I can toDay. I think, there is likely to be at least one scum between Holo and Mishu. I see Fo raising some points on Mishu, looks kind of reasonable to me and would like to see others weigh in. @Holocaster @Mishukax I see you both posted a lot of thoughts on Fo, but I want to see full T/S from you guys ! | @Fo Your yurkin read doesn't make a lot of sense to me; could you possibly go over that one and give some examples of where you thought they were very certain of themselves? And why you thought that was scummy? What I mean is in the beginning I thought that certain behaviours were scummy for this person, but as time went by they seemed to ping pong from high on both sides of the spectrum, leaving me with a more townie feel. Why do you think playing passively lends itself to be a 3p tell and not a scumtell or even just a playstyle tell? This is irrelevant because that was the slot I subbed in as. So it was kind of silly. But I had meant that always looking to compromise and make friends everwhere while not being locking into any particular viewpoint made them possibly 3rd. |

I agree with Togs on the fact that i have no intentions of letting Fo get lynched, if i had to choose between lynching Fo and Mishu i'll vote mishu. | Yeah i'm no fan of Astros either, that said i do think it's more likely for him to be 3th party than scum. Either way i highly doubt that he's town so he makes for a pretty decent lynch candidate as well. His D1 was nothing that moved the game forward in anyway and i don't think he said anything D2... So yeah, imo he clearly shows a disinterest in the game. |

However, I would assume that since the mafia killed logic, that would be for either of the following reasons: 1) Logic was too much on the right track 2) Logic was too good and they feared that (I don't think logic is a bad player, but if mafia was going that way, they probably would have killed someone like you instead. It's pretty obvious that you're knowledgable about the game and can handle leading lynches pretty well) 3) Random kill (definitely doubt that) When I'm mafia and someone scumreads me day 1, I usually kill them off without being scared of being suspected for it. I believe it applies to a lot of people in general who are mafia. There's always a way to turn an argument around with the concept of wifom, after all, so killing off the one who suspects you the most isn't dangerous by any means. In the scenario that anyone other than you was scum, they would keep logic alive for the simple reason that he was misreading many townies, including you. It's better to keep people who are mislead alive, than to kill them off to make the people they were misreading suspicious. This is anyway my train of thought. I'd say this comes from the fact that when you lack experience and knowledge of the game, you are blind to how strong good you could be, and thus see your play as pretty good, but then when you play more games, it becomes clearer that you have so many things to improve, and you feel oppressed, trying to always play better. People are good thinkers by default, and great thinkers with enough practice - it's when they think that they could be bad thinkers that their thinking gets unhinged. |
