VN heavy spoiler. How do you think the end will be?

In the anime Kotarou is not affiliated to either Guardian nor Gaia so I think that he will end up fighting against everyone like in Kotori's route.

My guess is that Kotarou will try to defend Kagari, he will met ShizuRucia and try to get them on his side and maybe Amamiya will let Kotarou go since he is a softie tsundere like Yoshino.

Akane will start going bat crazy and Chihaya is going to try to restore her sanity and the two of them will try to fight against Sakura, but they will fail and the song of destruction will have finished its job.

Kagari is going to start to transform into a tree due to the song and Guadian is going to attack her to stop the salvation, but Kotarou will unleash is wolverine aura and fight against everyone to protect Kagari and Shizurucia will lend Kotarou a hand while Sakuya is going to oppose them since he is Chihaya's knight so he can't let the salvation occur again like in the past.

At the end, Kotarou fails to save Kagari but the salvation activates anyways and the world will crumble. Kotarou goes emo and think that his ability is useless if it can only rewrite his own body and not this whole mess.

Well i dont really know nor does anyone yet but salvation will probably happen, op 1 kinda confirmed it, im not sure that they will team up but i have a feeling they will meet in the fight at least, and sakuya will turn into the familiar to either protect or kill kotarou or even just to fight guardian in general but i have a feelin he will play a pretty big part, the thing is so far Akane isnt looking too good, im not sure if we will see a batshit crazy or a more casual but stressed version of her, and in the VN shizuru route, chihaya stops sakuya from killing her and kotarou so chihaya might order him to stop.
No clue at what could happen though your theory could be right but i dont think lucia and shizuru will help since they want the key dead no matter what unless kotarou can really persuade them i cant see that happening.

There is the power of friendship and Kotarou seductive abilities. He can convince Shizuru to join him or at least make her stop attacking him.

Sakuya is so awesome to the point that he got a route instead of Chihaya so he needs to be an important character for this route and I can't see Sakuya not stopping the Key even if Chihaya asks him to do that since his former lover and world died due to salvation.

I don't think Sakuya would try to kill Kotarou. Doesn't he seem to know about Kotarou and his Rewrite ability? If that's the case, he has no reason to kill Kotarou since he knows Kotarou is his successor. Thinking of Sakuya's importance and the way the would make this story in anime format, I'm thinking now that Sakuya knows where Kotarou is, he might go and find him and we learn more about Chihaya/Sakuya.

Sakuya could also help train Kotarou like he did in the VN, but who knows. I do feel like they have to explain Sakuya's existence as the previous Rewriter at some point.

Why Kotori and you already have that on Harvest Festa. Kotarou should marry Sakuya, the only character I don't mind Kotarou taking away from me.

I doubt Sakuya knows that Kagari is with Koutarou right now so i think he is going for him only, his reasons are the only thing that is costantly bugging me
I think we'll see sort of Sakuya defending the key together with koutarou and probabily the girls since it was mentioned in the interviews that the fight lucia/Shizuru was in the anime, probably shizuru will try to convince lucia to help koutarou and not fight against him though the anime will still end with a sad salvation where kagari earth dies, we're gonna get some heavy feels at the end

Once Sakuya goes to meet Kotarou he will probably meet Kagari and will know that she is the key since he is not stupid, I seriously can't see a version of Sakuya protecting Earth Kagari.
