| No. What little immature pricks don't realize is that this anime & the new game will carry this series forward. Even the manga has started in earnest again, with Miura probably switching to digital. Yes we aren't getting the 18+ edgy version that we had all been waiting for, but we are getting some solid Berserk material. Yes the choice of studio doing this is unfortunate, since the managers wanted to experiment with 3D/2D mix, but altogether its not a bad adaptation, if you consider what would be acceptable to audiences for a more mainstream TV release. People don't seem to realize that until this point, Berserk was for all intent and purposes dead. A relic of the 90s which some edgy fans worshipped, with manga chapters being released YEARLY at best. Now they are finally getting this going again, resurrecting the Berserk brand, and all you people do is whine like whiny millenials. STFU! You aren't happy? Then get involved with anime production. |
