i already do some research in google, there is exist a thread about this, but the recommendation isn't sufficient for me, so i would like some recommendation that had similar premise such as:

-sayonara zetsubo sensei
-Lucu Lucu
-Hoozuki no Reitetsu
-Saint Onii-san
-Detroit Metal City
-Domina No Do!
-Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka
-Kaibutsu Oujo
-Jigokuren!!
-Franken Fran

Please :
-not similar as NHK,galaxy tatami,
or premise in college
-Conversation-like , example joshiraku
- and if it is possible within 2010 and wacky as much it could be.If you had some links share too. Thank you.

Basically all of Takena Nagao's anime. You don't watch them for the story, you watch them for the sheer random, dark entertainment. I personally recommend Maid of the Dead as it's my favorite and sets the tone well for his other works. Just don't be dissuaded by the low scores. Short anime like these always have low scores.

Cuticle tantei inaba is pretty good. I laughed my ass off the first time I watched it and I think it fits your criteria.

Dungeon Meshi - it's not all about the dark comedy, but it is definitely there.. and the manga is super creative

+1 to this anime, it's a very good dark comedy with a bit of romance

and Nichijou <--- in my opinion a really good one, however, not for everyone 'cause of its 'nonsense' humour but u can give it a try ;)
Now I see that u have already watched it xD

Blood lad i read the manga, quite good, but not exactly dark and witty enough, especially by using the plot of fighting , power up, ally, and stuffs. Although it is still ok .

Dungeon Meshi is one heck of manga, cooking and dungeon, and how the desperate they're to eat monster as dinner. Been reading until ch 23.
